Relationships have their ups and downs…

  • Premarital concerns
  • Cohabitation issues
  • Communication problems
  • Cultural and familial differences
  • Betrayal of trust
  • Jealousy
  • Attachment concerns
  • Deciding whether to stay or go

Couples therapy can help!

Couples therapy is a type of relational therapy where the romantic relationship between two people is the primary focus. The therapy can be preventive (no real “problems” are present, but partners want help tuning up the relationship) or an intervention when problems do arise.
